Eric Schmidt, Google CEO

As CEO of Google since 2001, Eric Schmidt, its growth from a Silicon Valley start monitoring the world's largest search engine. Schmidt studied electrical engineering as a bachelor and Princeton Ph.D. in 1982 from the University of California at Berkeley, where he wrote a thesis on the problems of managing distributed software development and tools to solve these problems. During his career he held technical positions at Bell Labs and Xerox Palo AltoResearch Center (PARC).
